語順を入れ替えて強調

[fontsize size=”4″]強調したい語（句）を文頭におく[/fontsize]

文を強調するために目的語、補語、副詞（句）などが文頭に出る場合が多い。

He kept this job twenty years.
＝ This job he kept twenty years.
　この仕事を彼は２０年間続けてきた。

My surprise was great when I realized that.
＝ Great was my surprise when I realized that.
　私がそれを知ったときの驚きは大きかった。

I have never thought such a thing at any time.
＝ At no time have I ever thought such a thing.
　私はそんなことを１度も考えたことはない。

※　「否定語」はなるべく前のほうにもってきます。

He does such hard work only for the love of his family.
＝ Only for the love of his family [color color=”red”]does he do[/color] such hard work.
　彼は家族の愛のためだけにそんな辛い仕事をしている。

※　「副詞」を前に出すと、「助動詞」が主語の前にきます。「疑問の形」を作ります。
